About the position
Job summary:
The chief information officer (CIO) will be responsibile for the startegic planning, development and management of the company's information technology resources. The CIO will lead the IT department, ensuring that technology initiatives align eith the overall business startegy and objevtives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation, enhance oparational efficiency and ensure the security and integrity of the organisation's data systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategict ICT leadership
- ICT Governance & Compliance
- Operational oversite of ICT capabilities
- Project & portfolio governance
- Team development & talent strategy
- Business alignment & stakeholder Engagement
Qualification and experince:
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science or Information Systems
- Master's in information and communicatios tehnology or MBA/MBA id essential
- Minimun of 10 years progressive ICT leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprisewide ICT governance, digital transformation and project delivery.
- Proven track record in opertaional and project colst management and testing strategies.
- Strong knowledge if ISO27001, ITIL and COBIT frameworks
- Experience in healthcare, pathology or laboratory environments highly desirable.
