About the position

Purpose of the job:
To oversee the day-to-day operational functions of a high growth , high impact company.
 
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification – Diploma or Degree – Essential
  • 10+ tears of executive experience in a high growth business(B2B2C, Fintech or Telecommunications)
  • Strong commercial background
  • Experience working with Exco, Founders & Investors (Private Equity or Venture Captial)
  • Experience managing Cashflow and cost disciplines in resource-constrained businesses)
  • Experience with field or distributed sales team
  • Background in scaling digital platforms
  • Entrepenurial 

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership to set and communicate a clear 3-5 year vision to transition the company into a digital, scalable fintech platform
  • Oversee all core operations including sales, payroll integration, customer experience, field force, partnerships and support services
  • Operational execution & cost discipline
  • Build a result oriented, high performance culture across all teams
  • Expand product suite to include opt-in digital services
