A world-renowned 5-star Wine Estate is seeking a talented and driven CDP to join its award-winning culinary team. Set in one of the most breathtaking wine regions, our estate is known for its seasonal menus, estate-grown produce, and refined yet soulful approach to dining.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently during service.
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with the estate’s culinary standards.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new dishes and refine existing menus.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
- Manage mise en place, stock levels, and waste control in your section.
- Help mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Participate in events, wine pairings, and private dining experiences as required.
Requirements:
- A formal culinary qualification or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fine dining or 5-star hospitality environment.
- Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of modern cooking techniques.
- A passion for seasonal, local ingredients and beautifully crafted food.
- Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen.
