About the position
The scope will include, but is not limited to:
Apply a structured change management methodology aligned to client’s Change Management CoE standards.
Influence programme and project planning by integrating change considerations during pre-planning phases.
Diagnose, design, develop and implement change management plans across multiple projects.
Conduct readiness, impact and training assessments, analyse results and implement appropriate interventions.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership alignment and resistance management plans.
Design and implement training and adoption strategies and assess their effectiveness.
Manage change across multiple concurrent initiatives, including prioritisation to mitigate change saturation.
Develop and maintain change metrics, dashboards and reporting to support decision-making.
Measure adoption, utilisation and proficiency and propose corrective interventions.
Help with GTM strategies and adoption for the projects and programme.
Support to leadership, project teams and stakeholders and help to design metrics that help with leaders’ decision-making.
Identify risks and gaps in change execution and implement mitigation strategies.
Support development of post-implementation support models and sustainability mechanisms.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in a change management environment.
Proven experience in large-scale, multi-project or programme environments.
Strong in stakeholder engagement and information dissemination.
Experience within financial services, payments or regulated environments will be advantageous.

Strong stakeholder management capability, including engagement at executive level.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-impact and ambiguous environments.
Strong analytical capability, including development and interpretation of change metrics.
Comprehensive understanding of change management methodologies and large programme environments.
Ability to influence across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
High level of professionalism, accountability and delivery focus.
