About the position

Change Manager

The key objective of the Change Management Team, is to:

Keep business staff informed about learner experiences. Supporting with Employee Experience communications expertise to strengthen the developed Change Strategy from the business.

Are you someone who can:
- Design and implement detailed change and communication plans
- Promote teamwork amongst peers and team members
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
- Advise and support the Organisation through change by managing the change management methodology and processes
- Share knowledge and provide specialist advice
- Facilitate the implementation of business initiatives and projects with focus on efficiencies
- Ensure continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processes
- Ensure customer excellence through interaction with internal and external customers throughout all business activities
- Ensure customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
- Manage and report on cost usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
- Provide expertise and enable enhancing the change culture and capability across the business

You will be an ideal candidate if you have the below:
- Minimum Qualification - Degree in Industrial Psychology or related field
- 5 to 10 years experience in change management with a specific focus on communication management.

Remmuneration dependant on knowledge and experience.
