Change Manager

About the position

Our client based in Centurion is urgently looking for a Change Manager to be on a 12 Months renewable contract

Minimum qualification Required:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Science or related qualification equivalent;
• 8 to 10 years' experience in large scale complex business programme Change Management environment.

The following will be an added advantage:

• An MBA
• Certificate in Change Management
• Lean Six Sigma certification ( business transformation related)

Competencies:

• Passion for driving change and a proven ability to influence culture at all levels with an organisation
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
• Ability to apply change management toolkits e.g., ADKAR in change management planning & execution
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to develop executive-level presentations
• Experience in facilitating senior-level meetings to surface and resolve sensitive issues and drive alignment
• Experience in consulting and coaching project teams
• Experience in coaching senior management on change management deliverables
• Experience leading initiatives with big remote and onsite teams
• Excellent computer literacy, especially in the Microsoft Office products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS teams) and survey tools
• Excellent team dynamics, working under pressure and in ambiguous situations;
