JOB DESCRIPTION

The Change Consultant will be the coordinator to act as a bridge between different departments, streamlining efficiency and delivery of VAS objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan change interventions for tier 1 group systems project implementations
  • Identify training and project communication needs
VAS, Hi and Fintech co-ordination
  • Ensuring that all strategic goals from different product owners are planned and aligned managing the annual Calendars of Business as usual changes as well as new initiatives launching.
  • Coordination with heads of function and Change Management to plan, organise and track projects ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identifying and resolving issues and bottlenecks or conflicts in project dates.
Learning architecture Development and Implementation
  • Identify, develop, and implement the appropriate learning architecture (Systems, platforms,learning methodologies/approaches) for the VAS, hi and Fintech projects
  • Continuously improve the standards and processes for implementation and maintenance
  • Optimise learning processes for efficiency through continuous reviewing and evaluation
  • Develop and execute training implementation plans, including drafting communications, managing the translation process, liaising with SME's
Content Design
  • Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom learning formats.
  • Design and develop learning outcomes assessment activities, including assessment questions, scenarios, and simulations.
Stakeholder Management/Partnerships:
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure that individual, brand and business needs are identified within the project scope
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure that learning delivery has minimal impact on the day-to-day business operations
  • Work with Change Lead and SMEs to develop course content using appropriate instructional design including digital learning
Manage Team Subject Matter Expertise
  • Deliver instructor briefings, instructor skills training and train-the-trainer events to facilitators on an ongoing basis and as required for new releases and system updates
  • Serve as first point of call for queries regarding training content and execution
Conduct Change Training Interventions
  • Presents solution information utilizing course materials to the brands
  • Conducting solution re-enforcement sessions to encourage adoptions and accurate utilization of the products and systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Knowledge of the TFG's ADKAR change methodology
  • At least 3 years of experience in Change Management processes and procedures
  • Prior experience in systems project implementation.
