CGI Specialist at Native Ink Architects

About the position

At Native Ink Architects, we are passionate about bringing architectural visions to life through innovative design and cutting-edge technology. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented CGI Specialist to join our creative team and produce high-quality 3D visualizations that communicate the essence of our architectural concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renders and animations of architectural projects (interior and exterior).
• Collaborate with the team to understand design intent and accurately translate it into visual content.
• Develop and manage materials, lighting, and rendering setups as well as post-process renders using tools like Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual quality.
• Maintain an organized library of assets and materials for efficient project workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest visualization techniques and software updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years as a CGI artist or 3D visualizer within the architecture or design industry, specifically in High-end Residential projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing renderings and/or links to videos of previous projects. Candidates who don't supply this will not be shortlisted.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar).
• Strong skills in Photoshop and other post-production tools.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and lighting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
