You're a polished, client-centric financial professional who thrives on building long-term relationships with high-net-worth families. You combine tenacity and strong sales ability with empathy and emotional intelligence. Detail-oriented and highly organised, you take initiative, present with confidence, and hold yourself to the highest professional standards. You enjoy collaborating with a team while taking ownership of your client book and targets.
You'll focus on growing Assets Under Management by introducing new high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families to a holistic wealth management offering. Through networking, referrals, presentations and seminars, you'll build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into lasting client relationships. You'll conduct regular client reviews, reassess risk profiles, and identify cross-selling opportunities across investment, fiduciary and wealth services. Working closely with support staff, you'll ensure seamless administration, accurate CRM management on Xplan, and full regulatory compliance, while consistently delivering an exceptional client experience aligned to strict service standards.
You'll be joining a respected boutique wealth and investment management firm offering an integrated, family office-style approach to affluent clients. With a strong reputation for professionalism, trust and personalised service, they provide comprehensive wealth, fiduciary and investment solutions under one umbrella. Their culture is collaborative, high-performing and client-focused, with a clear strategic vision for sustainable growth. You'll be office based in Claremont and therefore need to reside in the southern suburbs of Cape Town.
You hold a Commerce or Business Science degree with a postgraduate qualification in Financial Planning and you are a registered CFP professional. You bring at least 5 years' proven experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, with strong holistic financial planning expertise.
A competitive CTC salary (including provident fund contribution), plus a 30% share in advice fees above threshold, annual team incentives, and individual performance bonuses.
