Company and Job Description:
A well-established and respected business within the security industry is looking for a driven and commercially minded CFO to join their executive team. This organisation prides itself on operational excellence, strong client relationships, and a culture focused on accountability and innovation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with leadership to support strategic business decisions and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full finance function and finance team
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
  • Oversee management reporting and compliance
  • Support commercial and operational decision-making
  • Improve financial processes and control

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • CA(SA) qualification is essential
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Financial Manager or CFO role
  • Security industry experience highly advantageous
  • Strong leadership and management experience required
