About the position
The CFO will be responsible for the company's overall financial strategy and management. This includes financial reporting, cash flow, payroll, compliance (PSIRA, SARS, UIF, SDL), budgeting, risk management, and contract profitability. The CFO will play a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and guiding the business towards long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee cash flow, debtors, and payroll management.
Ensure compliance with PSIRA, SARS, UIF, SDL, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
Deliver accurate and timely management accounts and board reports\packs.
Support tender submissions and evaluate contract profitability.
Lead and develop the finance team.
