About the position
DBN000085 – CENTRE OPERATIONS MANAGER – DBN WEST
Purpose of the Job:
To conduct building inspections, controlling & managing services, maintenance contractors & managing/controlling tenant installations.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facilities / Operations Management – Not negotiable
- Minimum qualification Grade 12.
- Electrical, Mechanical or Construction background and Technical Skills -Advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Expense Control
- Building Management & Administration
- Tenant Installations, Revamps & Upgrades
- People Management (Internal & External)
- Manage aspects like cleaning, security and allocation of building sites.
- Housekeeping inspections in accordance with inspection programme
- Reinstatement inspections
