Our client, a Well-Established and Reputable Manufacturer within the Automotive sector, is seeking an experienced Cashbook Supervisor to join their Finance Team. Operating in a fast-paced Production and Distribution environment, this Company supplies key players within the motor industry and offers a stable, performance-driven workplace. This is a hands-on supervisory role where the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the daily Cashbook Function while overseeing and guiding a small Team. The position requires active involvement in daily bank and cashbook reconciliations, ensuring all receipts and payments are accurately processed and allocated. The role also includes monitoring daily cash flow, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly, reviewing reconciliations, maintaining strong internal controls, assisting with month-end processes and audit preparation, and driving continuous improvement within the function. In addition, the incumbent will mentor, support, and supervise cashbook staff to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
