Cashbook Clerk

About the position

Our Client, a fast-moving, high-performance logistics business, is in search for a highly skilled Cashbook Clerk who can take full ownership of 14 active cashbooks and oversee the loading of payments with speed and accuracy.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage and reconcile 14 cashbooks across multiple business units
• Daily capturing and processing of all bank transactions
• Prepare and load payments accurately and on time
• Perform daily and month-end bank reconciliations
• Resolve discrepancies with relevant parties

This is a key finance role within a growing company that values precision, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. If you are a numbers-driven person with a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a high-volume environment, then this is the role for you.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
• A relevant Finance Qualification
• Strong Excel skills are essential
• Logistics experience would be advantageous
