Canvas Production and Installations Supervisor

About the position

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Production and Quality standards

• Managing an entire canvas awning production line from start to finish
• To ensure that the units produced are on target for each department and are of the correct quality standard.
• Supervising and managing the Installation of Canvas Awnings and Blinds
• Consequence Management
• Contribute to the greater goal of the Factory

Training

• Identify all training need and report to Production Manager

Performance Management

• Monitoring the individual performance to ensure set standards are maintained and achieved
• Consequence Management
• Contribute to the greater goal of the Factory

Reporting

• Record all target statistics and data

Effective Team-work and Self-Management

• Incumbent achieves results in ways that build strong partnerships, both internally and externally
• Client satisfaction / expectation managementExperience and Qualification:
• Production Diploma or Certificate advantageous
• Leadership skills
• 3-5-year Supervisory experience
• Planning and organizing
• Experience in canvas manufacturing and installation industry advantageous
