About the position
A well-established consulting firm in Polokwane is looking for a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with 3 years of experience in a consulting environment to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
- Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for various projects.
- Assist in contract administration and progress payment valuations.
- Work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying.
- 3 years of experience working in a consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration.
- Proficiency in QS software
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
