Campaign Manager

About the position

An exciting opportunity exists for a Paid Media Executive to join a marketing team of a global logistics entity. This role offers exposure to both B2B lead generation and consumer growth marketing, managing campaigns across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Own the campaign lifecycle from briefing creative to execution, QA, and reporting.
• Align campaigns with sales and content strategies across global markets.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and geographies.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insight-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience in both lead generation funnels and customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, or mobile/app campaigns is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate performance reports.
• Agency experience in B2B or e-commerce performance marketing beneficial.
• Comfortable managing campaigns across multiple markets; English essential.
