- Call Management
- SLA Reporting

- Call Updating and Quality Assurance
Your expertise:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years Call Co-Ordinator Experience
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Basic IT knowledge
Qualifications required:
- ITIL Foundation V3
- Soft Skills Certificates
- Administrative Certification
