About the position
PayTech is currently working with a Durban-based bank and we now require a number of call centre agents with around 3-4 years experience. Start date will be January 2026 and we expect the duration to be around 3-4 months (extendable).   THE ROLE
You will be supporting the bank in calling existing customers (transport / haulage companies) with an aim to provide the customers with an introduction to the pending change in their issued payment cards and to address early questions related to the new card. You will be dealing with business owners and key stakeholders, so previous experience is necessary. Each call is expected to last around 25-30 minutes.
