Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English and a clear, professional phone voice
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively
- Naturally persuasive with strong emotional intelligence
- Energetic, charismatic, and confident in dealing with a wide range of people
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
