About the position

A leading company in the glass repair and replacement industry is looking for immediately available Call Centre Agents to join their dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and can work shifts if required, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Available immediately - non-negotiable.
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans - must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • 2+ years of call centre experience (customer service or sales).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office proficiency).
  • Ability to work shifts if required, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with bookings, product inquiries, and insurance claims.
  • Process claims accurately and provide effective solutions.
  • Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets

Desired Skills:

Desired Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years Motorised Vehicle Service & Parts
  • 2 to 5 years Call Centre Operator
