About the position
La Lucia - Our client, a prominent financial advisory firm, is actively seeking a Client Liaison Consultant (Call Centre) to join their team on a 6-month contract. If you have a passion for client relations and a good understanding of the financial services industry, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
This is an immediate role with Start Date 10/12/2025
As a Client Liaison Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction. Providing exceptional and professional client service to ensure all processes are followed timeously and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Calling on members exiting, entering, retiring and nearing retirement from retirement funds.
- Providing the initial contact for benefits advice counselling.
- Contacting members who responded to the system-generated SMS interface within 24 hours of the member responding.
- Referring leads to the Company sales representatives that are generated when engaging with members during the benefit counselling process.
- Communicating with fund consultants and/or employers (companies that member’s work for) in order to obtain outstanding contact information of members.
- Customer service and support during the counselling process.
- Comply with the Company processes and procedures relating to the counselling process which includes complying with the Workflow system requirements
Requirements:
- Matric with Mathematics (Above 60%)
- 2 Years experience in financial services and campaign experience
- Proficient in English with excellent telephone etiquette
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer service experience (KYC) – Inbound and Outbound
- Ability to deal with all types of clients and have a good understanding of escalation channels
Working Hours: 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
Term - 6 Months
Remuneration: R10 000.00 - R14 000.00 monthly

Desired Skills:
- Maths Literacy 80% and above
- Mathematics 60% and above
- Proficient in English and 2 other languages
- Customer Service Experience (KYC)
