About the position

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Mine Overseer to join their operations in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all procurement queries and requests from internal and external parties are addressed in an organized manner.
• Source products and services with the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), ensuring quality and compliance.
• Verify specifications and clarify requirements with requesters when necessary.
• Prepare and send sourcing documentation to suppliers for procurement processes.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries on requisitions, orders, and procurement matters within 24 hours.
• Expedite purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues on outstanding orders.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Diploma or Bachelor of Commerce in Procurement
• 5 years’ experience as a Buyer within a mining environment.
