We are seeking a Business Unit Administrator for a hybrid working opportunity. As a Business Unit Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business unit by managing administrative tasks.

What you’ll do:



  • Finance administrative duties (raising of Purchase orders, assist with getting suppliers paid, assist commercial manager with financial tasks)

  • General administration (as and when required)

  • Handle employee HR and payroll related enquiries on ManageEngine ServiceDesk and ensure fast turnaround of enquiries.

  • Procurement duties (onboarding of new customers and suppliers on Cerebro)

  • CRM Support

  • Booking of travel

  • Assist with [URL Removed] reporting

  • CSP License allocation and reporting

  • Must be able to work independently and with multiple teams to deliver services

  • Ability to multi task and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management


Your expertise:



  • Proficiency in computer skills i.e Microsoft office.


Qualifications required:



  • Grade 12

  • Qualification in Business Admin would be advantageous but not compulsory

  • Good communication skills

  • Self-sufficient

  • Good Time Management
