Role: Business Transformation Consultant-Finance
A Business Transformation Consultant in Finance is responsible for advising clients on strategic and tactical aspects of their business, with a focus on optimizing financial performance. They work closely with clients to refine their existing strategy or develop a new one, taking into account competitive and market forces. This role requires a deep understanding of various financial planning and forecasting techniques, such as strategic planning, PL and balance sheet planning, HR planning, capital planning, project planning, production and capacity planning, sales and operational planning, long-range forecasting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling. The consultant must be able to identify performance gaps, implement change, and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps. In essence, a Business Transformation Consultant in Finance plays a critical role in guiding clients through strategic and financial transformations, ensuring their long-term success and profitability.
Duration: 27 April – 31 May 2027 (12 months) – Candidate should be able to start immediately.
