About the position

An opportunity exists for a motivated Business Systems Engineer to analyze, design, and implement business systems that align with organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering innovative products and services, and ensuring system reliability, integration, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Use appropriate tools to solve system problems and support decision-making
• Plan, develop, and implement new systems to enhance existing processes
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure stability and reliability
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Design and implement system integrations to enable smooth communication between software platforms
• Translate data into informative reports and visualizations to support data-driven business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Understanding of system design and development through coursework or practical experience
• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Mendix, Excel, and Power BI advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and business operations advantageous
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
