Duties:

- Analyse existing workflows and recommend practical system and process enhancements.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external technology partners.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of business systems.
- Assist users with system-related queries and coordinate resolution of issues.
- Improve business reporting, data quality, and management visibility.
- Develop detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives through insightful analysis and practical recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process management, and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, ERP systems, and system integrations.
- Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
