About the position
Design, configure, and maintain workflow automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support digital transformation. Ensure compliance with the Company's Integrated Management System (ISO, SOC 2, PCI, POPIA, GDPR).
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Information Systems or related field
- Certifications in automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, etc.)
- Workflow design, process mapping, API integrations
- Compliance frameworks and business continuity
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint expertise
- Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, documentation
- 3-6 years' experience in workflow automation or process improvement
- Proven success in BPO or compliance-driven environments
Responsibilities:
- Align automation with business strategy and compliance
- Embed automation into BI and Continuous Improvement functions
- Collaborate with departments to define and validate automation needs
- Communicate progress and benefits to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate automation risks
- Ensure adherence to global compliance standards
- Configure and monitor workflows using approved platforms
- Maintain documentation and report ROI
- Train users and promote best practices
- Support cross-team knowledge sharing
- Ensure automation enhances service delivery
- Monitor outputs for accuracy and timeliness
- Apply data protection standards
- Report any material breaches
- Use tools like Power Automate, UiPath, Nintex, Zapier
- Recommend new digital solutions
- Develop performance reports and dashboards
- Provide insights on ROI and compliance
- Design cost-effective automation
- Highlight savings and escalate investment needs
- Align automation with resource planning
- Document workflows for resilience and recovery
- Stay current with automation trends
- Promote digital literacy and innovation
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Ops, Compliance
