Your Mission
As a key player in our transformation office, you will:


  • Design and implement scalable business process models that deliver operational excellence.


  • Develop data-driven performance strategies to improve productivity and profitability.


  • Analyze current-state operations and identify areas for breakthrough improvement.


  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product managers, and external partners to translate business vision into actionable solutions.


  • Drive change management, continuous improvement and long-term business value through innovative frameworks.


  • Partner with data specialists to bring analytics, automation, and visibility to process performance.




RequirementsWhat You’ll Need
  • A postgraduate qualification in IT, Engineering, or Business Management.


  • 5+ years’ experience in process design, optimization, and enterprise transformation.


  • Mastery in Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, or Agile methodologies.


  • Expertise in crafting Business Requirements Documents, user stories, and solution designs.


  • Proven record in change management, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement.


  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, CRM platforms, and Advanced Excel.


  • Passion for strategic innovation and shaping future-ready business models.
