What You'll Do

This isn't your average coordinator role. You'll play a key role in:

  • Driving business planning and turning strategy into action across multiple departments,
  • Managing high-impact projects that improve performance and service delivery,
  • Tracking divisional budgets, risks, and operational targets,
  • Keeping leadership sharp and informed through crisp reporting, analysis, and preparation,
  • Acting as a central hub for cross-functional collaboration, governance, and communication.

What You Bring

  • Postgraduate tertiary qualification in relevant area of focus / Financial Management / Cost Management / Business Administration.
  • 5 - 8 years relevant work experience as a Business Manager / Cost Management Practitioner / Financial Modelling / Management Consultant / Project Manager / Chief Banking Officer Coordinator.
  • 5 years Leadership experience in a comparable environment.
