Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join their dynamic BI team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in BI tools and data management, a deep analytical mindset, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using QlikView, QlikSense and SQL.
- Create and implement data models (ERDs) and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Build and optimize both backend and frontend BI solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards and ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend.
- Develop and refine complex formulas and calculations to support business decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with team members (QA, Data Analyst, Technical Project Manager) to ensure quality and alignment of BI solutions.
- Conduct thorough data validation and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all deliverables.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in BI analysis or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with QlikView, QlikSense, and SQL.
- Strong skills in data modeling, ETL processes, ERD building, and formula creation.
- Proficiency in both backend and frontend development for BI solutions.
- Exceptional mathematical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
