About the position
The successful incumbent will manage the operational efficiencies and achieve the business objectives in areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities would include:
- Compiling, advising and monitoring business plans in line with the business strategy
- Conducting on going competitive reviews, taking into account location, trends and any other relevant competitor activity.
- Establishing relationships with stakeholders across different functional areas
- Effective communication and presentation of analytical results to stakeholders
- Compiling promotional and marketing strategies to grow the business
- Compiling and effectively execute sales strategies
- Actively soliciting new business
Requirements:

- Good strategic and conceptual abilities
- Advanced problem solving, decision making and self-management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels

- Minimum 5 years Wholesale / FMCG / retail experience
