Use your ability to bring in new leads and convert them to ongoing revenue in this hybrid position based in Midrand. Embrace the challenge of crafting bespoke service solutions for customers across South Africa, exploring new markets through competitive strategy and influence. Build proposals, develop relationships, close deals and stay on top of market trends and competitors. You will work closely with the various operational teams to get their solutions and services into the market and drive profitability. The energy, agility, resilience, entrepreneurial thinking and unwavering desire for success you bring will be well rewarded in this role as you grow along with the business

Required core competencies:

 

• 8+ years of experience in strategic services/solutions sales in a B2B (business-to-business) environment
• Experience with people solutions such as BPO, Functional Outsourcing, Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment, and Payroll Services is preferred
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Sales and Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and other sales/ CRM software
• Sound financial management skills with the ability to forecast and build pipelines
• Project management experience or certification
• Excellent communication skills and a high EQ
• Ability and willingness to travel to clients as needed.
