As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to exceed sales targets by cultivating strong partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to clients. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, onboarding clients, and ensuring long-term success through strategic account management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure partnerships with key decision-makers at new and existing accounts.
- Build deep relationships with clients, understand their goals, and align solutions to meet their needs.
- Deliver creative, value-driven solutions while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Develop effective sales strategies and objectives to drive growth.
- Build loyalty through exceptional service and proactive problem-solving.
- Monitor industry developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and surpass sales and profitability targets.
- Foster long-lasting client relationships through innovative solutions.
- Deliver accurate reporting and market intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales or Marketing or related
- Minimum 5 Years experience within a similar role
- Manufacturing industry non negotiable
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. A knack for problem-solving and finding innovative solutions.
Remuneration: Market Related - Package to be discussed with shortlisted candidates
