Business Development Manager
with Degree in Engineering, Paper Tech, Industrial Eng, Material Science or Related Field with Paper/Pulp/Tissue or FMCG Industry experience

- Midrand/Kempton Park area,
  Gauteng
 

Business Development Manager - Paper/Pulp/Tissue OR FMCG Industry experience

Degree R&D or Technical roles within a Hygiene Goods or
   Tissue/Paper Industry Engineering, Paper Tech, Industrial
   Engineering, Material Science or Related Field
Post Graduate Qualification (e.g. MSc, MBA or Diploma in
  Paper & Pulp - AN ADVANTAGE 
Minimum 10-15 Years' experience  in Business
   Development, 
Demonstrated success leading NPD Projects
In-depth knowledge of Tissue Converting Processes
Familiar with with Quality Management Systems
Cost Accounting Integration
Excel & ERP Systems (e.g. SAP)
* Willingness to Travel, if and when required to Suppliers 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify & Develop New Business opportunities
• Forge strong Relationships with Clients &  Stakeholders
• Develop & Implement Strategic Sales Strategies
• Track & Analyze Sales Performance
• Collaborate with the Management Team to Develop  & execute plans for the organization
• Project Management Abilities: PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Certification - An Advantage
