About the position
Business Development Manager A well-established organisation in the print and digital solutions space is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive national growth, support regional sales teams, and play an active role in high-level strategy planning with the Directors. Key Responsibilities: Minimum Requirement:
The role is based in Durban, with frequent national travel.
Strategic & Commercial Developmen
Work closely with the Directors to develop and refine business strategy.
Conduct market segmentation, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities.
Provide insights on business drivers and assist with shaping commercial direction.
Convert high-level strategy into actionable plans for the national sales team.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or a similar senior role.
Strong understanding of the print industry: litho, digital printing, signage, and machinery.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing and developing national or regional sales teams.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong professional presence and the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
