About the position
Seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to grow our Nitrogen, Oxygen, High-Pressure Booster, and Natural Gas business in South Africa. Drive sales, build customer and distributor relationships, and expand market share across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth for Nitrogen, Oxygen, High-Pressure Booster, and Natural Gas solutions.
- Develop market strategies, identify new opportunities, and analyze competitors.
- Lead direct sales, build client and distributor relationships, and achieve targets.
- Support distributors with technical guidance, training, and brand consistency.
- Build a sustainable pipeline and transition to strategic business development.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or Business.
- Experience with industrial gases, high-pressure boosters, PET, CNG/LNG applications.
- Proven technical sales & business development track record.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; distributor experience.
- Self-starter, strategic, commercially savvy, and willing to travel regionally.
