The Role: Business Development Manager, Campus Media
This role is focused on driving new business, managing key media agency relationships, and expanding the company's footprint across OOH, TTL, and ATL channelYou'llull identify growth opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and close strategic deals that strengthen brand visibility across student and youth markets.
Key Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in media sales, with proven success managing agency and direct client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the media landscape
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in media agencies and client organisations
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct a minimum of eight (8) sales meetings per week, including client entertainment and agency visits
- Maintain expert knowledge of company inventory, including OOH, digital, transit, and activation media
- Prepare professional proposals and ensure accurate management of contracts and campaign documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client campaigns
- Keep informed of competitor offerings, industry changes.
About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales (OOH media experience highly advantageous)
- Strong business development and negotiation skills with a hunter mentality
- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication abilities
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Strategic thinker with a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial drive
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple clients and campaigns
- Professional, engaging, and confident in both corporate and social settings
- Willing to attend after-hours events and client entertainment as part of relationship management
