About the position
Business Development Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Matric, grade 12
- Business management Degree in Sales, Marketing or related
- Project management experience and qualifications
Experience required:
- 8 years plus experience in Strategic sales in B2B (Business to Business) environment
- Experience in Payroll solutions, BPO, Functional outsourcing, Talent Acquisition , Payroll services
- Basic financial management with understanding of GP Margins
Key functions of the role:
- Identify areas of growth and increase
- Understanding competitor analysis and adjusting market strategies to grow faster than the competitor
- Prepare Sales forecasts reports
- Draft new proposal and closing new business deals
- Conducting customer research to identify new products, which should be developed to respond to changing customer needs and communication the information to the team.
