  • Proven record of accomplishment in business development, preferably in automotive aftermarket, tools, cleaning solutions, or power generation sectors.

  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Leadership potential with aspirations for senior roles.
