- Proven record of accomplishment in business development, preferably in automotive aftermarket, tools, cleaning solutions, or power generation sectors.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Leadership potential with aspirations for senior roles.
