We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and driven Business Development Manager who combines strong leadership skills with a natural ability to build relationships, drive sales, and identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities across targeted markets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and tailored solutions.

  • Drive sales growth by preparing and delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

  • Lead, inspire, and develop people to achieve collective and individual success.

  • Promote and uphold a strong company culture through example, collaboration, and effective communication.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and areas for expansion.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and activity records.

  • Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Young, energetic, and results-driven with a passion for business growth.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management.

  • Strong people leadership abilities – able to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Natural relationship-builder with commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
