Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities across targeted markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and tailored solutions.
- Drive sales growth by preparing and delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Lead, inspire, and develop people to achieve collective and individual success.
- Promote and uphold a strong company culture through example, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and areas for expansion.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and activity records.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and client engagements.
Requirements

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
- Strong people leadership abilities – able to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
