What Youll Do:

- Act as a strategic partner, not just a salesperson guiding clients through their design journey from concept to completion.
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities across commercial interiors, office environments, and fit-out solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our internal design and production teams to deliver tailored, design-led solutions.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions building presence and trust in the design community.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in sales within interior design, fit-outs, shopfitting, or workspace/retail environments.
- A proven track record of selling to architects, designers, and brand managers.
- The ability to interpret layouts, briefs, and plans, contributing meaningfully to spatial planning.
- Strong insight into fitment processes, project timelines, and the commercial interiors space.
- A persuasive, polished communicator with impeccable relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter mindsetcomfortable navigating long lead sales cycles with confidence and consistency.
