Objectives
• Secure new business within Enterprise and MSE clients.
• Position the software division as a go-to partner for custom development.
• Drive revenue growth through aggressive prospecting, networking, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and win new clients across ICT, software, and business services sectors.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitches with technical teams.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitable outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery/development teams to scope client needs into winning proposals.
RequirementsRequirements
• 5+ years’ experience in ICT/software sales or business development.
• Proven hunter mentality — thrives on cold outreach, lead generation, and deal closing.
• Strong network across corporate/enterprise IT buyers a plus.
• Solid understanding of ICT solutions: software development, cloud, integration, business solutions (CRM/ERP/SharePoint), Microsoft PowerPlatform (Fabric/PowerApps/PowerBI).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Resilient, driven, and results-focused.
