You're an ambitious sales hunter who loves the thrill of finding new business and closing deals. You work independently, manage your own desk with confidence, and are driven by results. You'll be spearheading business development in the commercial, industrial, and agricultural solar EPC space. From identifying and pursuing new leads to presenting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing high-value deals-you'll own the full sales cycle. You'll collaborate with project and technical teams to deliver precise solutions, while attending key industry events to network and keep your finger on the pulse of the energy market.
Our client is a dynamic renewable energy company focused on commercial and industrial solar EPC projects in South Africa. You'll have at least 2-3 years' business development experience, ideally in solar, renewable energy, or construction. A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. You'll bring a proven track record in closing deals, excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, and a solid grasp of solar PV systems and energy market dynamics in South Africa. A valid driver's licence and own vehicle are essential.
