Business Development Manager at RedMaxx

About the position

Role challenge:

To help RedMaxx to connect with government, enterprises, and innovation institutions that currently depend on foreign technology and show how RedData delivers proprietary, sovereign data intelligence and AI solutions.

You will be RedMaxx's local representative, responsible for opening new markets and building strategic partnerships across BRICS countries.

Main Responsibilities

• Officially represent RedMaxx in one or more BRICS countries.
  Conduct market research and identify opportunities in government, energy, education, and industry.
• Develop and negotiate commercial, technological, and institutional partnerships.
• Coordinate soft-landing programs, pilots, and joint innovation projects.
• Work closely with the Brazilian headquarters to align global strategy with local execution.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in international business development or market expansion.
• Background in technology, SaaS, analytics, AI, or strategic consulting.
• Knowledge of the innovation or government ecosystem in the target country/region.
• Fluent English (or bilingual with local language).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and high autonomy.

Differentials

• Experience with acceleration programs, R&D, or public-private partnerships.
• Knowledge of digital sovereignty, Big Data, Generative AI, or GovTech.
• Strong network with innovation hubs, universities, and government entities.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
