Key Responsibilities:

• Drive transaction growth across existing billers and payment channels (retail and digital).
• Identify, source, and onboard new billers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key biller stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships (e.g. banks and referral partners).
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to grow.
• Serve as the primary liaison between billers/prospects and internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to support and enhance market presence.
• Ensure smooth operational delivery for all biller-related activities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, opportunities, and forecasts.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 5-8 years of similar experience in the payments/financial industry, with referenceable sales and enterprise-level client relationship management experience.
• Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) is crucial to the role.
