We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead recruitment and business growth for our flagship HerPotential Women’s Entrepreneurship Programme and other bold initiatives across Kenya.

  • Drive recruitment for top-tier entrepreneurship programmes
  • Tap into your vast network to generate quality leads and partnerships
  • Engage deeply with MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders
  • Represent us at major forums, expos, and ecosystem events
  • Collaborate across teams to fuel sustainable programme growth
  • Build relationships that convert, retain, and create real impact

?? You MUST Have:
? A background in education, training, or learning & development
? Deep, hands-on experience working with MSMEs or SMMEs
 A strong professional network in business, development, and enterprise support
? 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships
? A degree in Business, Marketing, Development, or a related field
? Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
