About the position

Business Development Consultant – SIOT Division We are excited to invite suitably qualified internal candidates to apply for the position of Business Development Consultant – SIOT Division. This role is ideal for a highly driven and results-oriented professional with strong business development capabilities and a passion for technology-driven security solutions.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and solution-based sales.
  • Experience within the electronic security or technology solutions industry will be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of integrated security solutions and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a structured sales pipeline.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • PSIRA Registered Grade A

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly and annual sales revenue growth in line with company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client engagement.
  • Conduct professional site assessments and client needs analyses.
  • Design and present tailored technology security solutions including:

o CCTV and intelligent video analytics
o Alarm and off-site monitoring solutions
o Access control systems
o Perimeter protection solutions
o Remote monitoring platforms

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations.
  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline through the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Technically Proficient, Digitally Literate, Technologically Adept
  • Ensure all sales administration and reporting requirements are completed accurately and timeously.
