usiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets
- Target corporate organisations, SMEs, and government departments
- Conduct cold calling, site visits, and client engagements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Convert leads into long-term partnerships and revenue streams
Client Relationship Management
- Engage with key decision-makers including HR, L&D, and senior management
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions
- Maintain and grow relationships within corporate and public sector environments
Events & Brand Representation
- Represent the organisation at corporate events, expos, and government initiatives
- Coordinate and attend activations, workshops, and wellness days
- Promote services through on-site engagements and presentations
Territory Management
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Travel extensively within KZN to meet clients and grow market share
- Maintain strong knowledge of regional business networks and opportunities
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field - advantageous
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in business development or sales
- Proven experience in B2B, B2C, and B2G environments
- Experience targeting corporate and government sectors is essential
- Strong track record in lead generation and closing deals
- Experience within training, education, or services sector advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel extensively within KwaZulu-Natal
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
