About the position

usiness Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets
  • Target corporate organisations, SMEs, and government departments
  • Conduct cold calling, site visits, and client engagements
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Convert leads into long-term partnerships and revenue streams

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with key decision-makers including HR, L&D, and senior management
  • Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions
  • Maintain and grow relationships within corporate and public sector environments

Events & Brand Representation

  • Represent the organisation at corporate events, expos, and government initiatives
  • Coordinate and attend activations, workshops, and wellness days
  • Promote services through on-site engagements and presentations

Territory Management

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Travel extensively within KZN to meet clients and grow market share
  • Maintain strong knowledge of regional business networks and opportunities

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field - advantageous
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in business development or sales
  • Proven experience in B2B, B2C, and B2G environments
  • Experience targeting corporate and government sectors is essential
  • Strong track record in lead generation and closing deals
  • Experience within training, education, or services sector advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within KwaZulu-Natal
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
