About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Account manager to lead our Sales and Business Development efforts for our Professional Services and Titanium Talent PTY, Recruitment entities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mange the Business within its entirety to take full ownership on current portfolio’s and formulate a centralised Account management system
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Identify and Grow revenue and increase sales in existing portfolios
- Identify new business opportunities and grow revenue and sales within the portfolio’s
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, linked to OKR’S and objectives
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Information technology or Computer Science.
- In addition to a degree, having experience in sales, marketing, or business Development within the IT industry is highly beneficial.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Corporate experience and IT projects experience is welcomed
- Strong understanding of Sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
